The Agreements Module lets your company store, monitor and keep control of agreement information.  The module includes:

• Reminder system for actions and tasks to be completed under each agreement.
• Easy storage and recovery of agreement terms.
• Direct access to documents from within LeaseControl
• Tracking of financial dealings under the agreements, both past and future.
• Linking agreements to leases, as well as to other agreements.
• Simple data querying and report output.
• Flexibility to incorporate additional data.

Configurable Actions
Agreement actions can be configured enabling LeaseControl to mirror individual company’s business processes rather than business processes conforming to LeaseControl.  Full control of all parameters associated with each action means:

• Actions can be defined and connected using workflow principles
• Actions can be configured for legal and agreement specific requirements.
• User configurable to allow for company specific business rules.
